Great amenities for relaxation.
This was particularly frustrating on my last day when I had to carry my heavy luggage down ten flights. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to my complaints about the situation.

I enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet and appreciated the friendly staff during my three-night stay, and the nearby Adams Farm offers beautiful trails that are perfect for a weekend stroll while the Walpole Mall is just a short drive away for shopping.

The hotel has a great location for both of us. We have family in the area.
We arrived at 6pm to check in and our room was not ready. We had a party to attend, which set us back about 1/2 hour. Really? We paid $200 to stay one night in Norwood, just because the Patriots were playing a pre-season game...we weren't in the place more than 13 hours.

Overall the room was large with a large bathroom, a variety of channel options and complimentary bottled water. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were busy. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location close to the stadium.

Locations great for all sorts of day trips. The restaurant is good. Never got disappointed. Room was spacious (but of course it depends what you book) and bathroom was good too.

The indoor pool was amazing! After a long day, it was the perfect spot to unwind. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but overall, it was a great stay 😊

The hotel was easy to access and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the price was great for the area! Nice to have a restaurant right in house and breakfast in the AM.
We were not given an option for the breakfast buffet or menu. Wish we would have known we had a choice.
